 Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are considered only if requested within 14 days of service delivery.

  • The customer must provide a clear reason for dissatisfaction, along with any supporting documentation or evidence.

  • Refunds apply only to services that have been partially delivered or where agreed deliverables were not met.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed services or those that have been fully delivered and approved are non-refundable.

  • Refunds do not apply to consultation fees, initial assessments, or customized reports that involve significant time and effort.

  • Refunds are not granted for delays or issues caused by customer-side factors, such as lack of cooperation, incomplete information, or missed meetings.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Your name or organization name

  • Date of service

  • Description of the service provided

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation

Our team will review your request within 7 business days and contact you with the outcome.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
